  Delivery Policies

  Type of Delivery: Regular, Delivery Area: Inside Dhaka and Outside Dhaka, Delivery Fee: Inside Dhaka – BDT 100 & Outside Dhaka – BDT 150, Payment Method: Inside Dhaka – Online/COD & Outside Dhaka – Online/COD. Delivery Time Duration: Inside Dhaka – 2 to 3 Working Days & Outside Dhaka – 5 to 7 Working Days (Depending or even less), Working Days/time: Sunday to Thursday (10:00 AM to 10:00 PM); More Delivery Information: For inside Dhaka, the shipping fee is BDT 100 for all goods. Orders over BDT 5000 (VAT excluded) will receive Free Delivery to all over Bangladesh. Nationwide Cash On Delivery service is NOT available for orders over BDT 20,000 (VAT excluded).

  Return or Exchange

  An exchange request is applicable only if the product delivered is damaged or broken. If you receive any damaged product, contact Orientica’s Customer Service as early as possible. After 12 hours of delivery, no return or exchange requests will be accepted. Contact Orientica’s Customer Experience Management: +880 1711-421236 (Sunday to Friday 9:30 AM to 8:30 PM). Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.
