Our delivery charge is 100 Taka InSide Dhaka. For the OutSide Dhaka order(s), the delivery charge is 150 Taka. If you collect perfumes/body sprays/decants/atomizers from our store/showroom there will be no delivery charge.

If you prepay for your desired product(s) and the value is equal to or above 5000 TK then you don’t need to pay any delivery charges. We will bear the delivery charge and applicable only for Bangladesh.

For OutSide Dhaka orders, we send our parcels through SA Paribahan, Sundarban Courier, Ecourier, or RedX delivery services. You have to collect parcels from their office or sometimes Ecourier / RedX provides home delivery service based on their area coverage.

Please note, that we can update this amount at any time without any notification to our new or existing clients. We deserve the whole right to update the delivery charge.

At this stage, we accept Cash On Delivery, bKash Transfer Money, Direct Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, or Pick Up in Store only. When our delivery men deliver the product, you can pay the product’s price to our delivery men (if you have selected the “Cash on Delivery (COD)” option at the checkout process).

If you want to pay via bKash, You need to select “bKash Transfer Money” option in your bKash app to transfer a payment. Please note, that you can’t use the “Send Money”, “Cash Out” or “Mobile Recharge” option but only the “bKash Transfer Money” option if you want to pay via bKash.

If you want to pay to our Bank Account, please call us for the “Bank Payment” option. After you submit the order, you will get our Bank Account Details. Also, you will receive an email about our bank account details. After the payment, you need to provide us with a scanned copy of the money receipt. Once the amount reaches our bank account, we will process your order. Due to Fraudulent activity, we can’t process any order unless the amount is deposited into our Bank Account.

In our Showroom, you can use POS Machine to pay via your Credit/Debit card(s). If you are not Bangladeshi citizen, then you need to give us your passport copy when you are making a transaction with your Debit/Credit card.

If you are inside Dhaka city, it will take up to 2 business days. If you are outside Dhaka city, it will take up to 7 business days. Our Corporate Office is closed on Friday though our showroom is open on Friday. However, our showroom is closed on Thursday. So basically you can get our service every day. We are not active on Facebook or any other social media on Friday. Please note, during the holiday season, it might take more time to deliver your products as our office is closed on national and public holidays.

Unfortunately, NO. The “Orientica Perfumes BD” section only responsible for shipping our products only in Bangladesh. If you are a foreign citizen, traveling Bangladesh, you can order bulk amounts from us and take all those perfumes to your desired country.

There is absolutely no difference in the fragrance. The difference is in the method of application only. However, a spray bottle, being sealed all the time, may actually have a longer shelf life. Making the decision between spray and splash is entirely a matter of personal preference.
