Delivery Time Duration: Inside Dhaka – 2 to 3 Working Days & Outside Dhaka – 5 to 7 Working Days (Depending or even less), Working Days/time: Sunday to Thursday (10:00 AM to 10:00 PM); More Delivery Information: For inside Dhaka, the shipping fee is BDT 100 for all goods. Orders over BDT 5000 (VAT excluded) will receive Free Delivery to all over Bangladesh. Nationwide Cash On Delivery service is NOT available for orders over BDT 20,000 (VAT excluded).

  Return or Exchange

  An exchange request is applicable only if the product delivered is damaged or broken. If you receive any damaged product, contact Orientica’s Customer Service as early as possible.
