These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of OrientivcaPerfums (“The Site/This Site/ This Website”), an online information portal website which is owned and operated by Elixir Trade from Bangladesh given authority by “Rich & Ruitz Perfumes” Trading LLC (hereafter referred to as “The Company/We/Us/Orientica/Orientica Perfumes/Rich & Ruitz Perfumes Trading LLC ” in this and related policies and documents pertaining to the use of this Site. Orientica Perfumes is a perfume, cosmetics, agarwood, incense, and gifts trading company licensed by the Federal Government of the United Arab Emirates. These Terms and Conditions apply to such use by any person who accesses and / or uses this site for any purpose.

This Site is a means for visitors to learn more about the products/services traded by the Company, and also to interact with the company through various means provided therein for the purpose of facilitating sales and services offered by the Company.

In these Terms and Conditions, and in all other documents / policies relating to this Site, and to Rich & Ruitz Perfumes Trading LLC (hereafter referred to as “The Company/We/Us/Orientica/Orientica Perfume/Rich & Ruitz Perfumes Trading LLC ” and all legal aspects on the user of Orientica.com.bd including any and all litigations shall be executed as per the Laws of the United Arab Emirates, where the Company has its registered offices.
